SCREEN-PRINTING
Screen printing, as the name suggests, is the process of transferring a design onto a surface using a mesh screen. The ink is pushed through the screen, using a squeegee, and is used for printing onto flat surfaces, such as apparel, bags, umbrellas and more.
This method is suited to simple logos with few colours, as separate screens are needed for each colour. It is a long wearing, economical method of printing.
HEAT-PRESS
Thanks to new technology, heat transfers on garments are now far superior to what was on offer 5 years ago. This technique is no longer a heavy thick print, yet still retains its bright, full colour appearance.
Offering this in-house, allows our customers seamless decoration of full colour prints on a range of garments and caps.
EMBROIDERY
Mainly used for apparel and headwear, embroidery is a stitch based method of branding an item. 3D embroidery is also available which is increasingly popular on caps.
Embroidery is not suited to complex designs, as intricate detail cannot be achieved. It is often thought of as a higher perceived look than printing/transfer.
